Jojo’s Café offers poolside dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can choose the complimentary continental breakfast, or opt for made-to-order a la carte breakfasts. The menu for lunch through closing ranges from snacks, pizzas and smoothies; to salads, sumptuous grilled wraps and sandwiches; to complete dinners. A full bar, room service and beach service are also available. Located below the walkway to the beach, Jojo’s is open daily from 7:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. Dune Guests enjoy a stunning ocean backdrop ranging from sparkling turquoise to a golden ocean sunset while dining al fresco and sitting beachside atop a pristine dune. Service is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily. Veranda This spacious, cozy venue offers guests a place to relax, connect/catch up, watch television, enjoy lively conversation, and play board and table games. Sports enthusiasts can watch televised events on the 10’ projection screen or dual 70” LCD televisions. Specialty coffees, refreshing beverages, cocktails, fine wines, specialty coffees, healthy wraps, sandwiches and salads are available during high season. Guests may also reserve Veranda for special events such as wedding receptions, anniversary parties and birthdays. Babysitting Babysitting service (with a 4-hour minimum) is available to resort guests with 24-hour advance notice. Guests pay qualified babysitters directly as follows: first hour $25 USD for 1-2 children, and $15 USD for every hour thereafter. A $30 USD cancellation fee applies if services are cancelled within 8 hours of the scheduled time. Please contact the Front Desk by dialing “0” to arrange babysitting services. To provide the safest environment possible, the following rules are strictly enforced: 1) When babysitting children under the age of 6, the babysitter will not leave the hotel suite. 2) The babysitter will not bring toys, give children a bath, or supervise any pool-related activities regardless of age. Beach Grace Bay beach is one of the most highly acclaimed beaches in the world. Windsong loungers and cabanas (available on a first-come, first-served basis) have been placed for social distancing/guest safety along Windsong’s 435’ beachfront. Due to Covid-19 protocols, only beach attendants can add or rearrange furniture. Towels are provided for guest use. Windsong’s staff “serves up” complimentary refreshments both on the beach and poolside three times each day: Chilled water mid-morning, mini-sorbet of the day at midday, and chilled towels in the afternoon. Guests may also request a flag from the beach stand (on the deck adjacent to the stairs to the beach). Placing the flag in the sand next to your lounge chair notifies the staff that you desire food and beverage service. Beach Stand hours: 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., weather permitting and subject to change. Bicycles Bicycles are available for complimentary guest use for up to several hours on a first come, first serve basis between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during Eastern Standard Time, EST (November to March), and 9 a.m. to 6. p.m. Daylight Savings Time, DST (March to November). Dial “0” to make arrangements and to sign the Bicycle Use Agreement. Boutique Windsong’s Market offers unique, island-made jewelry and specialty gifts; clothing and headwear; sundries and convenience items; snacks and beverages; postcards, stamps, and underwater cameras. The boutique is open daily and is located on the first floor of the reception building. Fitness Center Open daily 24/7, the fitness center offers Cybex equipment: 2 recumbent bicycles, 2 treadmills, an elliptical, full cable weight system, full dumbbell rack to 50 lbs., exercise balls and floor mats. Conveniences include a 52” LCD TV, drinking water and towels. Located in the reception building on the 2nd floor, west side. Cleaning and sanitization services are provided up to 9 p.m. Dial “0” for more information. Parking Street level and underground parking is complimentary. Reception Lounge/Veranda This spacious, cozy venue offers guests a place to relax, use resort computers, connect/catch up, watch television, enjoy lively conversation, and play board and table games. Sports enthusiasts can watch televised events on the 10’ projection screen or dual 70” LCD televisions. Refreshing beverages, cocktails, fine wines, specialty coffees, healthy wraps, sandwiches and salads are available during high season. Guests may also reserve Veranda for special events such as wedding receptions, anniversary parties and birthdays. Reef Windsong is the only 4-star resort situated adjacent to the island’s best coral reef. Just 20 yards from the shoreline, guests can snorkel alongside turtles and other underwater neighbors. Snorkels, masks and fins are available at the beach stand for a nominal daily fee and are provided to guests for their entire stay. Equipment is sanitized in EcoLab solution (the hospitality industry leader). Spa The Drift Spa offers guests a private, boutique setting in which to enjoy massages, facials, masks, scrubs, wraps, soothers, manicures and pedicures. Drift is located in the Reception building on the second floor. Appointments are highly recommended 24 hours in advance by calling extension 4310. Swimming Pools/Spas Windsong has two swimming pools and hot tubs available from dawn to 10 p.m. The oceanfront pool has a depth of 3’ at both ends and slopes to 5’ in the middle. It features a whirlpool spa at one end, and a kiddie pool at the opposite end. It is located adjacent to Jojo’s Café between buildings 1 and 2. The second pool and hot tub is located in the Courtyard area of the Bungalows near buildings 5, 6 & 7. It has a graduated depth of 3’ to 5’. Both pools are set at 82 degrees from Thanksgiving to Easter. The hot tubs are heated between 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. to approximately 101 degrees. Beach towels are available poolside. There are no lifeguards on duty at any time, so please use extreme caution when swimming. Diving into the pools and bringing glass items into the pools or spas is strictly prohibited. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Per the recommendation of the American Red Cross, children under 5 are not permitted in hot tubs. Water Sports Complimentary, non-motorized watercraft can be secured at the beach stand on the deck (adjacent to the stairs to the beach). Equipment includes: Hobie Cats, paddle boards, kayaks, Zayaks and paddle boats. Beach attendants provide operational instructions to guests on basic equipment use. However, guests requiring in-depth instruction on Hobie Cat use, can ask a Windsong butler/concierge to arrange a private lesson (24-hour notice is requested). Snorkel gear is available for a nominal "no-cash" fee -- room charge only. Please note that beach cabanas are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Air Conditioning & Energy Management The in-suite Energy Management A/C system cools the suite to the “set” temperature when it detects motion and body heat. When the suite is unoccupied, the temperature goes to 78 degrees. The “set” temp feature re-engages within 7 minutes of the opening of the entry door. Note: The A/C shuts off when the patio doors are open. PLEASE ASSIST US IN CONSERVING ENERGY. Electrical Outlets & Voltage The hotel electrical supply is 120/240 volts with standard American-style sockets. Electricity in Turks and Caicos is five times higher than the cost of U.S. electricity. Please help us conserve. Entry Door Lock The suite entry door is equipped with an electronic RFD lock system. Simply touch the “key card” (issued by the front desk) against the black box on the face of the door to activate. The card becomes disabled at 11 am on the day of your checkout. If you engage the deadbolt, the resort staff keys (other than the General Manager’s key) will not be able to operate the lock system. Hairdryer A hairdryer is located in your bathroom. Mini Bar Wines and bottled water are available in-room for a nominal fee and will be added to your room invoice. Prices and Items offered are subject to change. Pillows If you require more pillows, please call the Front Desk by dialing “0”. Safe Each suite has a digital wall safe typically located in the main bedroom closet. Instructions are posted on the safe door. Please place all of your valuables in the safe and ensure that it is properly locked before you leave your room.
