Blending Vinyasa, Power Yoga, mobility, Pilates fusion, Yin, and restorative movement, each session invites you to move with presence, curiosity, and deep respect for your body.
Tuesdays: YogaRoll
Just show up and roll into it! This dynamic class combines guided foam rolling with yoga poses to release tension, boost mobility, build strength, and enhance stability. Suitable for all levels, YogaRoll is your full-body recharge for a stronger, more balanced you.
Thursdays: Yoga Flow
A feel-good yoga class for all levels that blends movement and breath to stretch, strengthen, and reset. Enjoy simple, easy-to-follow sequences that leave you feeling open, relaxed, and ready for the day come as you are and enjoy the flow.
Complimentary yoga classes start at 7:45am at the Beachfront Breezeway - mats and other equipment are provided. Guests are asked to sign-up for the yoga classes 24 hours in advance with the Resort Butler at Ext. 8002.
