Deposit Information

A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation and is refundable providing written cancellation is received and confirmed by Windsong Resort at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, the deposit is forfeited to cover any cancelled or altered night(s) of a confirmed reservation including early departure.

Reservations for Christmas/New Years ( Dec. 19 – Jan. 2 ) require a minimum stay of seven nights and a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure the reservation and is refundable providing written cancellation is be received and confirmed by Windsong Resort not later than November 1st Cancellations received after November 1st will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge (entire value of the booking).

As a boutique Resort located on a Caribbean island, advanced bookings are integral to our operations and therefore we must strictly enforce our cancellation policies. You may wish to consider travel insurance for your protection

A maximum of two children 12 or under stay free of charge when sharing a suite with an adult paying the full suite rate. Cribs are complimentary.

Check in time after 3 p.m. and check out time before 12 p.m.

All rates are stated in US dollars and are subject a 11% sales tax and 10% service charge. Rates are for two persons in studio and one-bedroom, four persons in one bedroom with den and two bedroom and six persons in a three bedroom and penthouses. An extra person is allowed at a supplemental charge.
