Windsong Resort Reservation Policies

Deposit and Reservation Policy

Reservations are not final until the Windsong Reservation Desk issues a confirmation via e-mail.

A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation and is refundable providing written cancellation is received and confirmed by Windsong Resort at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, the deposit is forfeited to cover any cancelled or altered night(s) of a confirmed reservation including early departure.

Reservations for Christmas/New Years (Dec. 18 – Jan. 1) require a minimum stay of seven nights and a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure the reservation and is refundable providing written cancellation is received and confirmed by Windsong Resort not later than November 1st. Cancellations received after November 1st will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge (entire value of the booking).

As a boutique resort located on a Caribbean island, advanced bookings are integral to our operations and therefore we must strictly enforce our cancellation policies. You may wish to consider travel insurance for your protection.

A parent or guardian must occupy the room with guests under 21 years of age. A maximum of two children 12 or under stay free of charge when sharing a suite with an adult paying the full suite rate. Cribs are complimentary.

Check in time is after 3 p.m. and check out time before 12 p.m. All rates are stated in US dollars and are subject to an 11% sales tax and 10% service charge.

Standard Occupancy is as follows:

• Island View Rooms, Island View Studios, 1 Bedroom Island View Suites, and 1 Bedroom Oceanfront Suites -- Two persons.
• 1 Bedroom w/Den Oceanfront Suites, 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Suites, 1 Bedroom Penthouse Oceanfront Suites, and 2 Bedroom Penthouse Oceanfront Suites -- Four persons.
• 2 Bedroom w/Den Penthouse Oceanfront Suites, and 3 Bedroom Penthouse Oceanfront Suites -- Six persons.
• 3 Bedroom w/Den Penthouse Oceanfront Suites, and 4 Bedroom Penthouse Oceanfront Suites -- Eight persons.
• There may be an extra person charge when standard occupancy is exceeded. See the current Windsong Accommodation Rate Schedule.

Payment Policy

MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted. Personal checks are accepted by prior arrangement and approval only. The balance of room charges are due upon arrival.
