Q. Do I need an appointment?
Pre-bookings are accepted and appreciated.

Q. What are  your hours?
We're available 9am-7pm  /  7 days a week

Q. Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are not included in pricing.

Q. What do I do if I need to cancel?
Just call 649-333-7701 at least 6 hours in advance for cancellation or rescheduling, in order to avoid being charged the full price for the scheduled service.

Q. What if I arrive late?
In order to respect the next guest’s start time, late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time.

Q. Do you have gift certificates?
Yes! Give the gift of island relaxation. Ask us about Spa Tropique gift certificates, products & souvenirs.
