These underground areas are easily and directly accessible to and from the pool deck and beachfront.

Windsong's reception facility will be a social center of activities for Windsong owners and their guests. A covered, open area offers an informal, breeze-cooled gathering place and the perfect location for activities such as bridge and Texas Holdem tournaments.  In addition, international cuisine sampling events will be hosted here. Also located on the first floor is a business center with computers, a copier, fax machine, internet connections, etc. On the second floor, a wellness center, and meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 40 people offer a unique opportunity for extended family gatherings and small corporate functions. The meeting room can also be used as a mini movie theatre during the evening hours.
