Conservative Architects Ltd. is Windsong’s “on-island” architectural firm. Company principal, Anthony M. Walkin was born and raised in Providenciales and has spent his professional career on the island. He brings exceptional knowledge and skill in working with the required governmental and local agencies necessary to construct a condominium project in the Turks and Caicos Islands. He has been a member of the Turks and Caicos Planning Board and the Turks and Caicos Society of Architects, Surveyors and Engineers–where he has served as vice president. While he has experience in a range of areas including custom homes and commercial projects, his special expertise lies in condominiums and hotels. |
